My name is Julie Hopkins and I would like to welcome you to my blog. Through 38 years of marriage and eight children, two of whom have special needs, my life has taken many turns.   I love people and  believe that each of us are given a special purpose in this world.  What I believe to be one of the hardest  periods of my life, the past ten years, has also be the most fruitful. (no pun intended)

Now, finding my passion for the Special Needs community and their caretakers has lead me into areas of health I never expected.  Through this I have gained knowledge and experiences that now I feel priviledged to share with others.
